MISC Agencies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (a subsidiary of MISC Agencies Sdn Bhd) was incorporated in September 1970. The company was initially formed to look after MOSK and MISC interests being owned at that point of time by Kuok Singapore Pte. Ltd., MOSK and Tan Sri Frank Tsao.

The principal activity of the company is to act as Agent for MISC. MISC Agencies (Singapore) offers a full range of liner and tramp agency services for container ships, tankers, break bulk, dry bulk and liquid bulk.
